For many years, cayenne pepper has been used as both a food and a medical treatment. Cayenne pepper, for example, has detoxifying properties, soothes stomach pains, boosts metabolism, and even benefits cardiovascular health, according to Dr. Lee.

According to Dr. Amy Lee, the cucumber has a substance like water content and electrolytes that can help to reduce water retention, which causes bloating. On the other hand, mint helps for our digestion while limes have vitamin C, which is a cofactor in the production of collagen, which contains an anti-aging property.

In a container, just mix in the mint leaves and cucumber. Next, add the ice and lime juice and fill the jar with water and stir it well.
