Being healthy has everyone’s attention. Everyone wants to be in good shape and live a very healthy life. However, the hectic lifestyles of people make it difficult for them to be able to do this. In such a situation, people need to stay fit and healthy in all respects. Being fit is not only about having a well-defined body, but it also includes having strengths like self-control and the capability to stand up for what is right and against what is wrong. 1. Lose at least 10 pounds

This should be done without any weight-related surgery so that the loss of weight can be permanent and there will be no chance of it coming back again. weight loss has become a worldwide phenomenon and people from all parts of the world are trying their best to lose weight. Yoga is very beneficial for everyone because it keeps their body strong and helps them in developing strength. Before the covid19 pandemic, I had set my fitness goals to lose weight, get healthy, be stronger, faster… But I didn’t manage due to many restrictions that were put in place.eg the lockdown and the curfew.

I’ve already gotten so much stronger and I haven’t even gotten to do any weight training outside of pushups. I’m starting to see muscle definition again, but I’m still out of shape. I know that I’m not in bad enough shape to work out, but slowly my body is finally starting to catch up. the lockdown had hindered me from doing my normal fitness routine, so I’ve started to work out in my room.
